Our Opinion: We never get bored of visiting Ice Cream Lab and it’s perfect on our list of things to keep you cool. It’s science and delicious treats all rolled into one! You can watch your chosen ice cream flavour and toppings be mixed and frozen together right in front of your eyes as the Ice Cream Lab uses liquid nitrogen to create your frozen treat right then and there.
Top Tip: Have your camera ready for when the liquid nitrogen starts billowing. It’s very impressive.
Roxy Cinema: Platinum Plus Experience

Our Opinion: We all like going to the cinema now and then. Perhaps the next film in your favourite trilogy is coming out and you’re getting excited about munching on popcorn while watching the action unfold. If that’s the case then why not book a platinum experience at Roxy and REALLY treat yourself. Watch movies in style and comfort like never before. It’s a proper Dubai experience!

Our Opinion: Find some respite in the shade at Wavebreaker! Grab your sunhat, kick back and order a cocktail while watching the waves lap the sand. It’s so chilled out and laid back at Wavebreaker, you won’t want to leave! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the menu is extensive. It’s the perfect spot for some down-to-earth, delicious food and a break from the sun.
Top Tip: Try the signature pina colada and order a plate of chicken wings. They’re so moreish!
FloatUAE: 50% Off Float Class

Our Opinion: We’re always looking for new and exciting things to change up our workout. We get so bored of the same old gym routine and FloatUAE is a breath of fresh air! Challenge your core and your balance on huge SUP boards and if you fall off, it’s no biggie because it’s hilarious and keeps you cool!
Top Tip: Wear a full-body swimsuit. You won’t want to be fiddling around with a bikini halfway through the class.
Ski Dubai: Snow Premium

Our Opinion: This might seem like an obvious choice to beat the heat but we couldn’t leave out the coldest place in Dubai as part of our things to keep you cool! We had a whale of a time frolicking in the snow, causing mayhem and trying out all the rides. It’s thrilling and chilling all at the same time!
Top Tip: If you can, take your own socks, gloves, hat and snow outfits. You’ll be far more comfortable.
French Bakery: Beverage, Pastry or Sandwich

Our Opinion: Need a quick pick-me-up? Or a cute little place to stop for a coffee and to recharge your batteries? Get yourself to French Bakery and get cosy. The selection of sandwiches, cakes and coffees and are all top-notch and it’s a great place to take your laptop and chill out for a while.
Top Tip: Ask for your croissant to be warmed through. It makes it 10x more delicious.
