5 ways to be the best parents in the UAE

Imran, our Administrative Manager, knows just where to go to make sure his children are satisfied with their lunches, as well as where to keep them active! Mary, our Editor, takes her kids for some family fun, before filling them up with some gourmet burgers. Our lovely Arabic Editor May enjoys hands free shopping by dropping the kids off, before treating them to a day at the waterpark.

Creative Director Sarah couldn’t help but give in to buying her daughter a dog (she admits her weakness), so she makes sure the fluffy family member is well looked after with a trip to the groomer, before watching her daughter have fun at the trampoline park. When our Assistant Territory Manager’s son is not at nursery, she loves taking him for a trip to soft play!

Imran – ‘Chickenow is a must. With the options of a Burger Meal, Tender Meal or Sandwich Meal, my kids are spoilt for choice! Not only can we pop in to Dubai Marina Mall for a meal, we can also use the ENTERTAINER Delivery option!’

Mary – ‘To take a break from cooking, we sometimes head to Gourmet Burger Kitchen, where we can enjoy 2 for 1 offers on a Main Course. Don’t forget they’re in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi’

May – ‘To make shopping at Ibn Battuta Mall so much easier, I drop off my two small children at CreaKids for their babysitting services, before picking them up again when I’m done. It’s a win win for both of us: they get to have fun, while I get to shop with both of my hands free!’

Sarah – ‘After giving in and finally getting my daughter Kate a dog, we go together to Shampooch, to make sure Luna’s coat is always looking gorgeous!’

How could Sarah’s husband have said no?!

Imran – ‘We love visiting fun places for all the family, which is why Yas Waterworld is top of our ‘want to’ list. Located in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, it’s a great trip out for everyone, and we get to make a lot of memories along the way’

Mary – ‘Yalla Bowling, at either City Centre Mirdif or Mall of the Emirates has to be up there with one our favourite activities. It’s good to compete against one another for the title!’

May – With 2 for 1 offers on the 1 Day, 2 Park Admission at Dubai Parks & Resorts, our family can’t think of a better reason to head to Legoland, and its waterpark at the weekends. There’s nothing better than seeing their little happy faces as they splash around. Parents in Abu Dhabi, don’t forget you can use your App here too!’

Sarah – Kate goes flippin’ crazy when we tell her we’re going to take a trip to Flip Out in Al Quoz! She can bring a friend, and we can use our buy one get one free offers on General Admission’

Joanne – On days when he does not have nursery, my son loves to spend time in the soft play at Magic Planet. Don’t forget there are loads of locations, including Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Me’aisem, City Centre Mirdif and more!’

So parents, for the unavoidable, and enjoyable, your ENTERTAINER has you covered, meaning you can continue to be the best parents in the UAE, without spending double the price! Don’t forget, we have plenty of other family-friendly locations on the App, too!
